Delete from within the app (recommended)

1. Open Amora and sign in.
2. Tap Settings at the bottom of the main screen.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and all your data are deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.

If you are stuck at the email-verification or profile step, use the Delete account link at the bottom of that screen.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, send an email titled "Account Deletion Request" from your registered address to yunusarli@bluefluxly.com. Your request is completed within 30 days at most, and you will be notified.

What gets deleted?

• Account and profile data (email, name, birth year, city, occupation, interests);
• All chat history and the characters' "memories" about you;
• Relationship progress, date and call records;
• Push notification identifiers.

On deletion, all data is removed from the primary systems; copies in system backups disappear within 30 days at most. No data is retained.
